Sends the real DM on Instagram + Facebook comments via src/dm/private-reply.ts. Needs Meta App Review (Advanced Access) to fire on non-tester accounts — see that file.
Comment webhook
POST /webhooks/comment-lead is guarded and ready — point a Zapier "New Comment" trigger at it.
TikTok
No public API exists for anyone (not Meta, not Zapier) to read TikTok comments or send TikTok DMs. Use "link in bio" on TikTok uploads instead.

Configured via env vars, same posture as Site Metrics on /analytics — change `COMMENT_TRIGGER_KEYWORD`/`DM_REPLY_MESSAGE` in .env and redeploy to update these.
